Government Authority located in Providence, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for network diagram documentation service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide s to document the network topology of the 39 local boards based off information obtained from the local boards or their IT support staff and vendor to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- A network diagram of each board of canvassers network or LAN and any connecting LANs, WANs, Extranets, DMZs, Wireless Networks, VPNs etc.
- See attached network diagram example for a visual reference.
- This should include generic network host details such as switches, workstations, printers, servers, routers, firewalls, VoIP devices, wireless access points, mobile devices, etc.
- Sensitive information, such as IP addresses, host names, manufacturer brands and models, operating system types, etc. can be omitted from the network diagram and any details provided.
- Device/network ownership should be documented to identify who is responsible for each network section diagramed.
- The vendor will supply documentation in digital and paper format. Digital files should include an editable copy using the following file formats:
- Visio, Gliffy, Draw.io, and/or Omnigraffle
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
