[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer service back-office system that will be used by authority staff and others to operate an existing customer service center (CSC) and related operations.
- The system will include account and customer relationship management and transaction processing services, interoperability with other agencies, transponder inventory and fulfillment functionality, invoice processing services, and IVR or call center support functions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2021.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 29, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
