Government Authority located in Woonsocket, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for IT infrastructure service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a qualified Dell or Dell Reseller vendor to supply, deploy, network, install and implement the IT infrastructure, hardware, software and all peripherals to the government authority located in Woonsocket, RI.
- RIOPC will need 25 Dell Wyse 5470s for a computer lab.
- RIOPC will need 40 Dell Precision 3440 Small Form Factors – Spec: i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB computers for use in computer lab, classrooms, offices and other spaces as required.
- RIOPC will need Dell EMC PowerStore 1000T storage array for a central data room.
- RIOPC will need an APC Smart-UPS to handle at least a 15-minute power interruption for a central data room.
- RIOPC will need an APC NetShelter Rack Unit and Power Distribution Units for a central data room.
- RIOPC will need Dell Servers to handle VMware vSphere platform (virtual servers), and Horizon (virtual desktops) for a central data center.
- RIOPC will need Dell Layer 2 and Layer 3 network switches, with network redundancy.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 1, 2021
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
