[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services to audit its financial statement for the fiscal year ending 6/30/2021, with the option of auditing its financial statement for each of the two subsequent fiscal years to the government authority located in Kingston, RI.
- Basic financial statement which will include government wide financial statement, fund financial statement, and notes to the financial statement in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles and as required by the governmental accounting standard board
- The auditor shall also be responsible for performing certain limited procedures involving required supplementary information as required by the governmental accounting standards board as mandated by generally accepted auditing standards
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 31, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
