Vendor needs to provide network support services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Technical support services will include, but will not be limited to, network support, upgrades, patches, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- It will also include application and server support, upgrades, patches, maintenance and troubleshooting for the following services: Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, eDirectory, GroupWise, GroupWise Internet Agent (GWIA), GroupWise Mobility Server (GMS), Micro Focus Open Enterprise Server (Micro Focus OES), Micro Focus Retain Unified Archiving (Retain), Micro Focus Secure Messaging Gateway (GWAVA), NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM), Novell Storage Services (NSS), Sophos Endpoint Cloud (Sophos Cloud), Sophos Mobile Device Management (Sophos MDM), Sophos Unified Threat Management (Sophos UTM), SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES), VMware vSphere/vCenter, and Windows Server.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
