[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide municipal work order management software.
- Ability to create unique templates for various service request types with dropdown menus to identify questions for assistance with obtaining helpful information from the customer and help with assigning a priority to the reported issue
- Ability to allow the user to record customer complaint information, and forward all service requests to specific department supervisor
- Ability to auto-generate an email and text notification to the customer acknowledging the request has been received and provide the service request number
- Ability to display or access any work activity by address, infrastructure system component type, activity, project, service request order number, or any combination thereof to update or close out a service request order
- Ability to allow the user to track service request orders on multiple types of infrastructure system components
- Ability to provide for unlimited user-defined work request codes
- Ability to allow a supervisor to prioritize and reprioritize open service requests as needed
- Ability to allow the bundling of multiple service requests into one work order
- Ability to allow an unlimited number of reference documents of any file type (e.g., JPG, PDF, TIF, DOCX, XLSX, Email, etc.) to be linked to the work order
- Ability to create a work order while viewing a location or asset in GIS
- Ability to automatically detect duplication entries based on GIS mapping
- Ability to select assets in a GIS map and create work orders associated with the selected assets
- Ability to generate work orders automatically
- Ability to query a work order by address and display in the map frame

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
