[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide lien sale attorney services will have primary responsibility to conduct real estate title research, prepare title abstracts and provide lien sale services for properties located within the service areas to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
A. Preparation of title abstracts, including title updates, deeds and other documents related to lien sales.
B. Preparation and mailing of certified notices pursuant to statutory requirements as well as timelines and requirements established by the Agency.
C. Preparation and/or assistance in preparing the Lien Sale advertisement in accordance with statutory requirements and timelines.
D. Being available for consultation with the Agency Legal Department and its staff on an as needed basis.
E. Attendance at certain meetings of the Agency and hearings before courts, boards, or other administrative bodies on behalf of the Agency.
F. Advising the Agency on real estate title issues, lien sale issues, and other related issues.
G. Completion of all work within statutory timelines as well as timelines established by the Agency.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
