[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digitization of call microfilm reels services.
- Scan, index and 317 Reels of microfilm,
- 143 reels in 300 dpi bitonal,
- 174 reels in 300 dpi grayscale,
- Create and upload content to a digital history archive to be freely hosted,
- Create back up PDF’s on an external hard drive for local copy backup,
(2) A contact term will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
