Vendor needs to provide phone system upgrade.
- Single premise-based NEC 9100 Hybrid PBX at police that will cover all 6 locations.
- Primary NEC 9100 system to be located at Police Dept. to support local digital phones and 1 PRI.
- This site will also have the 16 Port NEC UM8000 voicemail systems.
- Secondary NEC 9100 system to be located at Town Hall to support local digital phones and 1 PRI.
- Tertiary NEC 9100 system to be located at fire department to support local digital phones and copper lines.
- Single 16 port NEC UM8000 voicemail system will cover all 6 main sites, plus 3 remote fire stations.
- IP Phone at Parks and Rec, Library and courthouse will run off police system via town fiber.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
