[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign and development services using content management system must be compatible with mobile devices.
- a website that offers a modern, functional, well-organized design that can be easily updated in-house by library staff.
- online services are provided via multiple platforms and vendors
- Ensure the website functions well across various devices (desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.)
- Greatly improve discovery and access of the Library’s information, collections, resources and content
- Support the needs of our patrons who require accessibility tools to use the site by incorporating WC3 accessibility guidelines and Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act to provide optimal accessibility to our users.
- conduct a website audit which will be used to identify the core content and eliminate duplicate and outdated content
- design project schedule and website outline
- develop a working draft prototype of the new website
- Language translation feature (example: Google Page Translator)
- Visually appealing and easy to navigate
- Supports the needs of patrons who require accessibility tools to navigate websites.
- Method for obtaining statistics on website traffic and usage
- Layout is visually appealing and well organized
- Content from old website is streamlined and reorganized efficiently
- website team with access to a prototype of the new website.
- Library staff are able to update and edit website content easily without any coding knowledge.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 13, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
