Government Authority located in Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for PVD fest producing partner.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide PVD fest producing partner.
- Project Management- will co-develop scenarios responsive to the COVID-19 pandemic and reasonable within the total project budget. The City and Bidder will closely monitor the impacts of public health conditions on plans throughout the term of the contract and adapt implementation plans as necessary and where possible.
- Fiscal management-
i) managing contracts,
ii) bookkeeping,
iii) receiving, distributing, and reconciling funds as outlined in the approved budget,
iv) providing detailed financial reports throughout the proposed project period.
- Fundraising- actively soliciting grant funding, sponsorships, securing donations and exploring opportunities for earned revenue opportunities, including ticketed events.
- Curation, programming, and education - will co-produce public events appropriate for diverse audiences (e.g., ages, cultures) that are free and open to the public during PVD Fest
- Production and operations- will co-develop alternate plans in case of inclement weather
- Marketing- will support the development and implementation of the PVD Fest marketing plan as a member of the PVD Fest marketing team led by city of providence communications
- Will use their platforms to co-promote PVD Fest through traditional print and broadcast media, social media, and community outreach
- Will fabricate printed materials for the festival with design support from the marketing team
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 22,2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 20,2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
