[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security systems, service, maintenance and parts to the government authority located in Providence, RI
- to ensure state facilities provide a safe and secure environment, efforts are ongoing to upgrade security systems that include access control, badging/credentialing, and closed-circuit television to meet the State’s operational needs,
- Access Control Systems (ACS) - Badging/Credentialing, card readers
- Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) & Video Surveillance including web-based security Systems
- Voice Radio Communications and Repeater Systems
- Cloud based and virtual server options
- Wireless systems as well as face recognition and fingerprint access control technologies
- 24/7 monitoring for intrusion alarm systems including web-based access reporting and history from Central Station Provider
- Other Public Safety and Security Systems as requested by user agencies
- Access Control and Alarm Monitoring Systems. The S2 System, Genetec and other card reader programs provide access control to buildings, parking facilities, and security stanchions/turnstiles. These systems include both hardwired and wireless card readers, intrusion detection sensors, and they are often tied into visitor management systems,
- Closed Circuit Television/Video Surveillance include the Video Network (VNET) Avigilon System, Genetec and related video surveillance systems that are multifunctional, often integrating cameras with intercom, phone and alarm systems.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
