[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audit service to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, with the option of auditing its financial statements for each of the two subsequent fiscal years to the government authority located in Barrington, RI.
- The auditor to express an opinion on the fair presentation of its basic financial statements, which will include government-wide financial statements, fund financial statements, and notes to the financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
(2) Contract term will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
