[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide statistical reappraisal services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- All Real Property sold in arms-length transactions during the 2021 calendar year must be physically inspected. There were approximately 500 such sales in 2020 and present market conditions portend similar sales volume in 2021.
- All taxable real estate, land, buildings and improvements.
- All exempt real estate, land, buildings and improvements.
- Properties with active building permits are not included in this Revaluation.
- Personal tangible property is not included in this Revaluation.
- Valuation Information (Property Record Cards): These cards shall contain all manner of information affecting value, including, but not limited to, information as to location of property, classification as to usage, owner of record, source of title, size, shape and physical characteristics of land, with the breakdown of front feet, square feet or acreage as applicable, along with unit of value applicable to each, public utilities available, public improvements, zoning regulations in effect as of the assessment date.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
