[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide commodity marketing services including gather and review existing data, hydraulic model development and calibration, hydraulic model analysis, water quality model analysis, valve inventory, unidirectional flushing program, and on-call services to the government authority located in Narragansett, RI.
- The Consultant shall research, identify, gather, field investigate/verify, compile and review existing pertinent data relating to the development of the hydraulic model.
- Creation and calibration of a computerized hydraulic model water distribution systems including, but not limited to, storage tanks, transmission and distribution mains, wholesale connections, pumping stations, and pressure reducing valves.
- Develop and tabulate available fire flow and duration for each system hydrant and prepare system maps to delineate areas of available fire flow and duration.
- The Consultant shall be responsible for developing and implementing a program to determine reaction rates to calibrate the model for each water distribution sub-system.
- The database shall include, at minimum, the following attributes; unique valve identifier, system, supplier, street, detailed location, date installed, size of valve, valve make, open left or right, number of turns, type of valve, and status (normally open/normally closed), and shall incorporate and utilize existing valve identifier and information as available from existing town inventory data.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
