[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing communications, media planning and buying service for conducting communications research; conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and evaluating communication campaigns; providing strategic marketing consultation; providing technical services (production of communication materials and media); providing media buying services, and providing communication and media support on a project-specific basis.
- Social marketing, which promotes or sustains positive behavior change by applying marketing principles to community interventions, usually using mass media
- Strategic marketing consultation
- consultation services for planning effective communication and marketing strategies, ranging from conducting formative research to designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive communication/marketing campaigns
- Special events planning
- Creative services (such as graphic design/layout of print materials, logo development, illustration, copywriting)
- May include a variety of printed materials, television and radio slots
- May include web-hosting, social networking sites, e-news releases, Twitter and other delivery channels
- designed to handle media planning, rate and opportunity negotiation, purchasing and placement transaction, verification, reconciliation and outcome measurements in partnership with designated project liaisons from these organizations
- Collaborate with State communication managers to develop and place media buys that effectively reach target markets.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
