[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide resident assistance and education service to protect children and families from lead-based paint and home health hazards and promotes local efforts to eliminate dangerous lead paint and other housing-related health hazards from lower-income homes and educates the public about the dangers of hazards in the home to the government authority located in Woonsocket, RI.
- Provide intake services, assist clients with application completion, and collection of required documents, including data collection
- resident and/or client assistance throughout the process including assisting with coordination and timeline of assessments, inspections, contractor work and relocation if necessity
- Coordinate on all aspects of the program with Woonsocket Municipal staff, community partners, and stakeholders
- Establish and participate in meetings, community, events and outreach and recruitment.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
