[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide credentialing and medical billing services include completing and submitting the applications to Medicare and Medicaid.
- Accounts with outstanding balances after the insurance and third-party payer has determined benefits due will be billed by vendor to the patient
- Vendor will send up to three patient statements to the patient or responsible party, except as to those accounts on which an insurance carrier or third-party payer has accepted responsibility to pay
- During the term of this Agreement, vendor shall maintain and provide appropriate storage and data back-up for all billing records pertaining to the services provided by vendor hereunder
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
