[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide printing and mailing services for the city of east providence’s tax collection department to the government authority located in East Providence, RI.
- Water Bills:
- Bills must be printed in varying fonts, with one distinct Scan Line per bank lock-box specifications and one barcode, which must be printed, approximately 3/4" from bottom of bill
- The printing must be laser with a 300 x 300 density
- Must be printed on twenty-four-pound white OCR paper
- The bill will be printed on 8 1/2 x 11 white paper with two colors
- Annual Tax Bills:
- The printing must be laser with a 300 x 300 density
- Must be printed on twenty-four-pound white OCR paper
- All unused bills and envelopes to be returned to the city immediately
- After mailing, Vendor to provide the city with a report of the mailing costs to verify the postage costs and the number of bills
- Vendor will provide full back-up of equipment and software to ensure timely service
- Approximately 35,000 bills annually, estimated mailing date May 20, 2021 and annually thereafter
