Government Authority located in Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for multilingual interpreter and translation services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide multilingual interpreter and translation services.
- Provide interpreting services for student evaluation or direct service
- Translate written documents, including but not limited to reports, IEPs, letters to parents
- Provide in person interpreting services needed in district elementary, middle, or high schools in Providence
- Bilingual and bicultural individuals proficient in the languages requested for interpreting or translating must also have excellent use and comprehension of the English language
- Interpreters must be able to translate in a simultaneous manner
- Interpreters must be able to translate written English into other languages
- Interpreters will not be compensated for missed appointments
- Interpreters must keep confidential all matters discussed at meetings
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 10, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
