[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet management software to replace mainframe system to improve efficiencies in the existing statewide fleet operations program.
- Generating work order numbers.
- Must communicate directly with the fuel management system
- Bill agencies for work completed from work order
- Generate reports per legislative requirements
- Generate reports and metrics for fuel consumption and idle times
- Include a risk management function for the purpose of tracking and documenting insurance related incidents
- Tracking vehicle maintenance.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
