Vendor needs to provide new utility billing system.
- Allow the down load of water meter reads into the system
- Calculate water bills for all 75,000 customers
- Post calculations in financial categories
- Generate customized reports
- Ability to integrate with programs providence water presently utilizes
- Down load, up to 10 years of data, from water present system
- Work with water’s present vendors
- Post payments individually and through a lock box file
- Ability to identify and group together accounts with the same owner
- Create new accounts
- Ability to identify accounts that are delinquent by specific number of days
- Auto generate letters
- Attach documents to the note section of an account
- Monitor Payment agreements
- Ability to pro-rate charges
- Service contract and customer support with a defined response time
- Auto bill accounts and cycles

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
