[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide automotive computerized maintenance management software to manage work orders, preventative maintenance (PM) scheduling, and parts inventory to manage work orders and preventative maintenance (PM) scheduling for fleet of over 175 vehicles and pieces of equipment,
- Software must include but not be limited to the following functionality:
- The software needs to be able to handle over 175 assets,
- The software should be accessible on a computer, as well as on a smartphone or tablet,
- The work order software must be web-based and not a local, installed software,
- The system should have the capability to have unlimited users for reporting discrepancies as well as a dedicated webpage and email address for reporting these discrepancies to the automotive supervisor,
- Organize data for easy access of vehicle records, such as inspection dates, PM dates, and history of work performed,
- The software shall allow the user to attach a picture of the vehicle/equipment to go along with each vehicle record,
- The software shall allow for commonly used parts and filters to be attached to each vehicle profile and automatically deduct from the inventory when selected on a work order,
- The software shall allow the user to search for an asset using multiple categories, such as location, plate number, or asset tag,
- The system should be able to provide graphs for showing work orders completed vs generated, hours needed to perform annual PM’s, vehicle repair costs, repairs completed by each mechanic, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 24, 2020.
(3) The contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
