[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide the district claims processing services for Administrative Claiming activity related to the health care services provided by the district to students.
- Provide web-based time study to the district as needed.
- Provide the district with on-site training, including instruction on how to complete the time study online and how to calculate time study percentages.
- Instruct the district’s financial officers in the submission of the expenditure data.
- Compile a quarterly claim of the district’s Medicaid-related expenditures using the expenditure data provided by the district and the time study.
- Submit a quarterly claim to the Rhode Island single state agency for the Medicaid program.
- Process timely claims
- Adhere to all Medicaid Federal and State Guidelines which pertain to Administrative Claiming activities.
- Provide a full, detailed plan of how the system would work and how it would be implemented
- Provide a list of references of all current Medicaid providers with their phone numbers and contacts.
- Provide guidance and assistance to the District in the implementation and compliance with all current and future Medicaid regulator as it related to the Administrative Claiming Process.
(2) The contract period will be for three year.

Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
