[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a consultant with demonstrated and deep expertise in mobility and its intersection with the transportation, transit and energy sectors, as well as significant experience in clean transportation policy development to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- The Consultant will partner with the Governor’s Mobility Advisor to understand and build on the work that has already been done by Rhode Island state agencies to identify and enhance clean mobility options.
- The Mobility Advisor will lead the Working Group and the Consultant will provide support as needed.
- Provide a summary of the mobility plans and prioritized transportation investment plans and portfolios developed in other states, with a special emphasis on efforts undertaken and reports produced in other states in the Northeast, for inclusion in the final report
- Identify a portfolio of policies and programs that will enhance environmental equity. Specifically, consider programs that are responsive to the needs of low-income families, disproportionately pollution-impacted neighborhood and transit-underserved communities.
- Produce an executive summary report and full report detailing conclusions and recommendations developed by the working group.
- Co-facilitating at least three in-depth meetings and webinars for State Project Team members, prior to Working Group meetings, to iterate results and strategy development. Meetings may be in-person and held in Rhode Island.
- Attending up to six Mobility Innovation Working Group meetings to co-facilitate meetings, deliver presentations and develop recommendations.
- Providing draft analyses of the final report and implementing feedback from the State Project Team at frequent intervals.
