[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioural health training and technical assistance service to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Administer PRS internship program according to BHDDH internship policies and procedures.
- Identify employers in a range of settings who have vacancies for PRS.
- Identify a range of compensation options available for internship from unpaid to salaried and match the intern to the appropriate internship based on the needs and preferences of the PRS intern.
- Monitor internship for fit with PRS learning goals and objectives, compliance with agency internship policies and procedures, and insure proper supervision of intern.
- Provide Group Soup for interns to process what they are learning-every other week, or at least monthly.
- Maintain a database on status of each intern, tracking their completion of field hours.
- Maintain and post online a list of free and low-cost trainings eligible for recertification education hours, updated at least quarterly.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 14, 2020
(3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on April 8, 2020
