[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet management software platform to replace mainframe system to improve efficiencies in the existing state-wide fleet operations program,
- Provide a fleet management software system capable of replacing the existing mainframe system,
- The software must be capable of the following: - Generating work order numbers,
- Must communicate directly with the existing Oracle based RIFANS system,
- Must communicate directly with the fuel management system,
- Bill agencies for work completed from work orders,
- Generate reports per legislative requirements,
- Generate reports and metrics for fuel consumption and idle times,
- Provide and/or incorporate a GPS telematics system into the software,
- Include a risk management function for the purpose of tracking and documenting insurance related incidents,
- Motor pool management,
- Tracking vehicle maintenance,
- Generate path reports.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 26, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
