[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive and regular audit service for the environment of care program through an on-site readiness program to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Provide staff training and preparation for the Joint Commission’s Life Safety Surveyor.
- Provide documentation review with Facilities & Maintenance Staff to ensure all preventative maintenance and tests are conducted, on time and documented by Standard.
- Review all documentation: Management Plans, Policies, Procedures, ILSM’s, Floor Plans, Safety Issues, Risk Assessments, Committees, Annual Evaluations, Fire Drill & Alarm testing, Maintenance Program, Accreditation Program Development, Pre-Construction Risk Assessments and e-SOC.
- Provide Education Programs on new and old standards, how to interpret and enforce.
- Provide templates or policies for hospital use.
- Evaluate hospital compliance with all standards and codes, provide a written report after each visit.
- Provide a physical site evaluation consisting of random staff challenges in mock survey fashion combined with hazard surveillance and life safety tour.
- Ability to provide-assistance with equivalency preparation and documentation.
- Act as a Liaison with the Joint Commission and other AHJ’s for special needs.
- Availability by phone for assistance with any questions the hospital may have and availability during a survey to debrief the days results and strategize how to address issues identified during the survey.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 24, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for five year.
