(1) Vendor needs to provide online centralized enrolment platform to implement a technology solution or build a platform that can address the three aforementioned areas of need, while also engaging program staff and stakeholders in a collaborative build process.
- Mobile-friendly and potential for a mobile app
- Connect to other platforms and websites
- Provide the ability for users to create account logins and return to their applications or registrations
