[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide tax administration and utility billing collection software.
- File requirements - systems design, user capabilities, report writing capabilities
- Tax administration software is a tool for managing real property, tangible property, and motor vehicle tax information
- Provide for exemption processing, state mandated reporting, tax bills and tax rolls
- System should also provide access to billing history, reports, reprinting bills on all current and prior tax years on demand
- System is dividing payment, extra pennies during round-off should be applied to the first payment
- System should have the ability to print laser printed bills
- Able to quickly provide taxpayers complete and accurate information on taxpayer accounts
- Payments should be collected, and reports should be produced by a batch number that will correspond to a bank deposit.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
