[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide watershed assessment services to the government authority located in Wyoming, RI.
- Participate in meetings and project coordination: The consultant is expected to participate in meeting with the Town to discuss goals and objectives of the project, plus discussion and clarity on how work tasks and schedule for completing each task,
- Assist with QAPP preparation and submittal, SNEP approval through the project grant award, the town is responsible to comply with the NEIWPCC’s guide for development and approval of quality assurance project plans, version 2.0, (March 2016), and this project will be considered as a secondary data project,
- Complete existing and projected conditions and impact analysis- include preparation of land-use coverage maps available through RIGIS and other potential existing datasets. the town anticipates that GIS coverages (RIGIS or other sources) will be secured in part by the town’s on-call GIS consultant, but expect consultant to have capabilities and expertise to complete analysis using available datasets and coverages.
- Prepare restoration and land protection alternatives and prioritization- identifying and describing potential restoration actions to improve on water quality and habitat, plus projects that would result in increased community resiliency.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
