[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster recovers as a service solution for Fully inclusive of all data storage and replication and IT ability to remotely manage / configure / monitor environments.
- clearly document how additional connectivity/bandwidth usage is managed/ handled when the Town needs to utilize the solution
- employees aware of the process for reporting security incidents
- access logs for the facility maintained for 30 days
- CCTV monitoring the data center floor
- administrators and remote users have individually assigned user identities and passwords
- access to the VM OS admin passwords
- receive alerts directly from your monitoring solution.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
