[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bus remote monitoring system for Monitor Battery Electric Buses and provide system alerts in real time, compare performance of its Battery Electric buses to vehicles in its existing fleet and remotely manage Battery Electric Bus charging activity in order to optimize utility demand charges.
- analyze and refine data from the remote monitoring system installed on each bus and provide relevant information via menus with varying permissions/access levels
- accessible using an online platform used on Desktop and Mobile devices
- training of system users, staff support, documentation, warranties, post-acceptance support and other services required to achieve acceptance and successful implementation and operation
- Utility rate structuring configuration
- Alerts should be customizable for SMS and email
- Utility bills and diesel fuel contract information
- Ability to integrate additional data sources into overall agency performance objectives.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
