[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide salesforce support assistant to assist with the implementation of the
CRM platform.
- This person will customize and design salesforce for the workforce partnerships team and provide staff training to optimize user functionality and reporting features
- There will be different phases to this role, including the build-out, staff training, and ongoing support
- Build-out phase responsibilities include setting up platform to track engagement, relationships, enrolment, funding, activity by sector, and more creating customized campaigns and dashboards
- Staff training includes leading training session for 10 staff members to explore platform, add historical data, and ask questions
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 23, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
