[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental nutrition assistance program employment and training services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- vendor is expected to design services, either directly or through subcontractors, so that multiple
E&T components are offered and available, including at minimum, adult education, skills training,
job readiness, case management and job search,
- Employment and training component options include but are not limited to:
- independent job search,
- job search training and placement assistance,
- case management,
- educational programs to improve employability including ESOL, ABE, GED,
- vocational training/career technical skills,
- work experience in a public or private non-profit entity to improve employability,
- job retention,
- other employment-oriented activities (e.g., job placement, WIOA services) and
- self–employment training.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
