[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide parking and revenue control system for design, installation, setup, testing, and maintenance of a parking and revenue control system.
- Applicable operating system, database, client, and application software on portable
storage media
- Operation and maintenance manuals for all equipment
- manage facilities that operate 24/7 for contract and transient parkers
- Network PoE Switches shall be provided by others. - The Pay terminals will accept cash, prepay or other electronic forms of payment (i.e. debit or
credit card)
- The parking system will be comprised of gate controls, entry and exit stations, and card readers.
- The system will be managed using software for access control, revenue control, and credit card
payments. - System shall be compatible with existing Orbis credit card processing system.
- card readers will be connected to the parking access control software.
- Include web-based parking portal for patrons to create an account for managing monthly permits,
reserved parking (event reservations) and frequent parking. - Payment Processing.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference or walk through will be held on September 19, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
