[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental management support personal services for two personnel to manage selected environmental program to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- manage, develop, implement, monitor, and report on the program and ensure that the EPM is kept fully informed of the status and technical and administrative aspects of assigned program areas,
providing advice for improvement
- Maintain hazardous waste supplies and storage containers.
- Sign and maintain hazardous waste manifests and other shipping documents.
- Collect samples for laboratory analysis. - Conduct annual program reviews and evaluations of subordinate program areas. - Develop and process requests for purchases, track invoices, manage payments, maintain
inventories, and place orders for supplies and services. - Maintain computerized database systems to track compliance with environmental requirements and collect, analyze, and report data
- Develop informative, educational, and outreach materials regarding the environmental
program and present these materials to various groups within the supported community in
a classroom formats.
- Manage environmentally related service contracts to maintain the operation of systems
such as oil/water separators, grit separators, wash racks, storage tanks, and backflow
prevention.
- Support, promote, and implement the Environmental Management System and incorporate the continuous improvement process in all assigned duties.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
