[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide event producer services,
- Develop a detailed project implementation plan, including specific tasks, roles and responsibilities,
- Produce a public event appropriate for diverse audiences (i.e., ages, cultures) that is free and open to the public while engaging local artists and surrounding businesses to be a part of the event via bookings or cross-promotion,
- Include proposed event time-frame, proposed location, how the event will showcase providence as the creative capital, proposed diverse, family-friendly entertainment, local artist and surrounding business engagement,
- Proposed marketing plan which articulates not only how the event will be promoted but how local businesses will be engaged to be a part of the over-all promotion plan,
- Proposed production plan including run of show for the event with time breakdowns for each action item and alternate plans in case of inclement weather,
- Proposed documentation strategies and reporting method.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
