[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide turf management supplies and consulting services to the government authority located in Jamestown, RI.
- Turf grass identification and selection on sites with various environmental and logistical conditions,
- Collaborative creation of strategies and Turf grass management programs that adhere to budget and procurement guidelines,
- Interpretation of soil, paste, water testing, and application recommendations according to test results,
- Ability to work collaboratively and train parks and recreation director in use of web based agronomic planner,
- Assistance with all aspects of ordering, application methods, application equipment needs, accounting, data handling and general questions,
- Assistance with generating yearend financial reports,
- Web based agronomic planning software to assist in the development and record keeping of
turf management program, planning software must have the following capabilities,
- Ability to record dates, rates and types of applications being performed on specific sites and management units with inventory needs for each site,
- Production of printable PDF's of management programs for each unit with MSDS and labels for all specified products,
- Generation of monthly and yearly budget data, sortable by individual sites and management units and product categories,
- Generation of product applicator technician sheets for reporting of all fertilizer and pesticide applications,
- Generation of RI state compliant pesticide and fertilizer usage reports,
- Generation of printable application and budget reports.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
