[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fellowship management organization services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Development of a state-wide strategy that will provide the framework for a fellowship program,
- Identify, coordinate and develop the infrastructure necessary to support a functional and sustainable state-wide fellowship program,
- Source and recruit talent based on identified placement opportunity areas,
- Provide supports, tools, training and guidance to fellows during their lifecycle, to include onboarding, during tenure and offboarding.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
