[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide commencement photography services, the service of obtaining photographs shall not interfere or delay the ceremony in any way,
- Professional photographers will be used to take pictures of the presentation of the diploma and handshake, as well as in front of a logo backdrop provided by the supplier after the graduate exits the platform,
- Guarantee complete satisfaction to the students and their parents,
- Proposer will provide with information to be included in graduation materials as requested and for commencement weekend website,
- The proposer shall include in this proposal, a time schedule of communication and services provided to the graduates,
- The proposer shall provide each graduate a photo image proof no more than five days following graduation, along with the opportunity to select from a variety of photo packages,
- The proposer shall bear all responsibility for costs associated with and collecting, including shipping, handling, credit card charges and postage,
- Successful supplier will seek the university's prior consent before using photographs for advertising or promotional purposes,
- Photographing the students, the proposer will photograph a variety of people and places as requested by the commencement committee, so as to give a representative record of the particular commencement ceremony,
- Digital identification of individual students should be made available when possible,
- The proposer shall provide additional photo opportunities throughout commencement weekend that allows for family and guest candid photos,
- The proposer shall take photos of the processional, greetings, all speakers, platform party members, honorary degree recipients and the recessional during the main undergraduate and graduate ceremonies,
- Provide a digital archive of general ceremony photos as well as photos of other ceremonies on campus provided at no charge to the university,
- To provide photographic services for other university ceremonies or related events at no charge to the university,
- To provide online ordering and order tracking for graduates through the company web site,
- Provide multiple photo backdrops with appropriate logo at no cost to the university.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
