(1) Vendor needs to provide international payment processing services for international student’s payments population to facilitate payment remittance by our international student population, wire transfers are difficult to manage administratively, and often lead to short payments because transaction fees are not always known when the payment is initiated to the government authority located in Kingston, RI.
