[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide one call and one click resource consultant services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- One-Call/One-Click systems are a nationally recognized best practice in providing easily accessible, customized travel information to the public, especially for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and any others reliant on public or community transportation services. Some one-call/one-click
systems go a step further than simply providing information, and enable users to schedule and pay for their transportation through the one call/one-click service.
- Consultant to assist in laying the groundwork for phased implementation of a one-call/one-click resource for state, with the expectation that the system will be simple to use, accessible for users with varying abilities, and equally accessible by phone and web.
- Content Development to create preliminary site map for one-click website including desktop and mobile-friendly versions, develop draft website content for review and approval, develop “one-call” protocols for sharing information with telephone customers in coordination with customer
service staff and appropriate partners, as recommended by project manager.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 06, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
