[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety scheduling software.
- Cloud hosting scheduling software to incorporate:
o Detail Scheduling
o Overtime Scheduling
o Shift Scheduling
o Leave Requests
- Work with the South Kingstown Police Department to configure and implement the system
- Train key staff to then use a “train the trainer” model
- On-going support and maintenance
- Software must be able to create shift scheduling based on CBA
- Calendar view to see all shifts and personnel scheduled along with vacancies
- Permissions based system to allow access
- Automate scheduling notifications via phone calls, email or text functionality to all staff or subsets created by SKPD
- Staff must be able to post their availability
- Allow staff to request time off (i.e. vacation, sick, personal, etc.) electronically
- Allow staff to electronically submit detail and overtime vouchers and backup documentation
- Capability to generate various reports and export to PDFs
- Capable to export data to Excel or CSV
- Unlimited licenses
- Disaster Recovery must be included
- System must have a complete audit trail
- Device and browser agnostic (i.e. desktop, laptop, Safari, Chrome, IE)
- Mobile app available for iPhones and Androids.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 12, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
