[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communications campaign services for the overdose prevention plan that will build awareness and understanding of prevention efforts at the community level.
- Funding will support strategy and messaging development to include a dedicated landing page with URL, print, media, outdoor, transit-based, social media advertising and various brochures and posters for distribution in the community,
- Strategy and messaging development,
- Design and implementation of a landing page and website with unique URL,
- Design and development of print and media advertising approach and implementation,
- Design and development of outdoor (billboard), transit-based (bus shelters), and social media advertising approach and implementation,
- Design and development of various brochures and posters for distribution around the community,
- Campaign management.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 12, 2019
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
