[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for the development of an electronic queue management system that will help the district allow registration customers to check in for applicable service at an electronic kiosk, computer terminal, tablet or other device, refers the customer to the appropriate staff person, window or location to be served through on screen displays and by automated voice prompts , organize lines at the student registration center, reduce queue length, as well as perceived and actual wait times for customers, improve customer satisfaction by valuing the customer's time, entertain waiting customers with integrated digital signage, provide registration office staff with online status of pending customers in various queues, alert staff when a customer is waiting for service, monitors and provides reporting functions on wait times and queue performance statistics for management and reporting requirements, enable performance and service level analysis to include: average number of customers waiting in line, the average wait time, and the average service time, streamline customer service , reduce operation costs.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 24, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
