[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide time-sensitive telephone notification system that will support traditional mass notification services via telephone, must be configurable to provide granular user rights and roles, restricting data access and administrative oversight to appropriate personnel, must demonstrate extensive experience in delivery of time-sensitive, mass notifications. responders should provide current delivery volume counts per month and in the past year through their existing application service provider, respondent's solution should provide archiving capabilities for all notifications for a period of 3 year, must describe its data integration process with district's student information system and other district data systems. provide a sample implementation schedule, must describe the measures its system offers to provide security to private information, including the system's ability to log user activity, system should automatically create separate accounts for parents, students, and staff, which are created by data imported from district data systems, must automatically combine parent accounts for parents who have more than one student in the district and must provide for automated daily attendance messages that include detailed information including the name of the student, attendance violation, class period, school and date.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
