(1) Vendor needs to provide annual action plan consultant services for planning and application requirements of certain federal statutes and includes a needs assessment and market analysis outlining levels of relative need in the areas of affordable housing, homelessness, special
needs and community development, administration, local agencies, public outreach, a review of demographic and economic data sets, and a housing market analysis, creating suitable living environments, providing decent, affordable housing and creating economic opportunities, citizen participation, data collection, mapping and analysis, identify and execute a process to encourage significant participation from residents, minorities and non-English speaking persons and persons with disabilities, residents of public and assisted housing developments, prepare a timeline for project milestones including proposed community and stakeholder meetings and stakeholder interviews to the government authority located in Pawtucket, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 19, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
