(1) Vendor needs to provide special education program evaluation consultant services for review of data, program descriptions, information, documents, policies and procedures, student assessment, programs and continuum of services, response to intervention and other support programs, pre-referral, eligibility and exit criteria, staffing models and practices, professional development, fiscal data, ability to relate effectively to the public and staff, ability to maintain strict confidentiality relating to all business, personnel and school district matters, technical skills in data-based decision making, strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with leadership qualities, ability to speak to groups, and effectively communicate with all stakeholders, develop and maintain programs designed to elicit feedback form various publics through various survey and involvement in other appropriate methods to the government authority located in Westerly, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 12, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
