-  Vacant land: adhere to the following minimum requirements

- Water: municipal
- Heating Fuel: natural gas available
- Availability: within 12 months
- Property condition: no hazardous waste onsite
- Property with an existing structure: adhere to the following requirements:
- Lot size: No less than 1 acre; no more than 4 acres.
- Size of existing structure: No less than 3,600 square feet and no larger than 8,000 square feet.
- Electricity: hook-up readily available from the state road
- The proposal must include a copy of the latest deed for the property and a site plan or survey of the property etc.
